3S Packaging Technology - End Load Cartoning

Starting point is always a pre-glued folding carton. End load cartoners from 3S Packaging Technology are suitable for many applications within the envisaged market sectors.

The machines operate with a wide range of sizes and output speeds, are robust and very user-friendly designed. In particular we are focussing on modularity, quick and tool-free size change where possible and easy access for maintenance.

We manufacture semi-automatic machines for manual loading but also fully automatic high speed machines capable to produce 250 cartons per minute offering a wide spectrum of possible applications for 3S.

Our machines successfully pack pizzas, ready meals in menu trays, cookies pre-packed in blisters, sanitary- and cleaning products or razor blades. With bag-in-box projects especially for loose tea and baby food we enjoy a good reputation.

For customers who require a semi automatic machine with speeds of up to 80cpm. The Centaurus evolves from the Pegasus End Sealer Series, thus offering a large machine size range, can adopt lower grade carton materials, a rapid size change over and simply designed but robust construction.

The hand load area is designed for 2 operators with a safety flap switch and an optional foot switch for optimal safety.

The Centaurus Machine is a member of the End Load Cartoning family produced by 3S Packaging Technology.

Other ranges of machinery include both carton lock and glue erectors, robotic loaders, a full range of carton closers and all types of product specific infeed systems.
