The top load case packers from 3S Packaging Technology are designed for flexible usage in the area of end-of-line packaging. Up to 200 single products can be handled with a single racetrack system. The machines are used to pack folding cartons into shipping cases (RSC or wrap-around) and can also deal with pre-packed product to be loaded into large consumer cases (e.g. flow-wrapped hamburger patties).

For the optimum flexibility in robotic case packing. The Monoceros offers product speeds of up to 200ppm with a single race track.

This full servo system accepts fully random product and collates into the required row and layer number through the racetrack and robot, replacing the need of many hand loading operators and labour.

The cases are delivered by a simple conveyor and controlled through a cylinder stop clamp and go system.

The Monoceros Machine is a member of the Top Load Case Packer family produced by 3S Packaging Technology.

Other ranges of machinery include both carton lock and glue erectors, end loaders, robotic loaders, a full range of carton closers and all types of product specific infeed systems.
